§ 175.115 § 175.115 Applicability to offshore supply vessels.
(a)Existing OSVs of more than 15 but less than 100 gross tons are subject to inspection under this subchapter. New OSVs of more than 15 but less than 100 gross tons are subject to inspection under subchapter L of this chapter.
(b)Each existing OSV permitted grandfathering under paragraph (a) of this section must complete construction and have a Certificate of Inspection by March 16, 1998. [CGD 82-004, CGD 86-074, 62 FR 49355, Sept. 19, 1997]
